Nisha is an experienced recruiter with both contract and permanent placement experience. Originally from India, she is now settled in Finland and working at Taplow Finland since spring 2017. She is responsible for Executive search assignments.
She has successfully recruited for a large variety of positions including senior management, software engineering, accounting and finance, sales and marketing for a wide range of industries across several countries. Her understanding of nuances of different cultures holds her in good stead whilst conducting cross border searches.
She also has an extensive Customer Service and Sales background, including business development and customer service in Education process outsourcing and IT industry. She is experienced in working with third-party vendors as well as social media and has excellent customer and client retention skills.
Nisha is a graduate in Science from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management. She also holds a degree in Education.
