Riina has a Master’s degree in Spanish Philology and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Production and Management. Previously, she has worked in municipality Cultural Services, and in Education.
In 2010, Riina started research work in another Executive Search company, and in 2015, Riina joined Taplow Finland. Today she works as Research Consultant for Taplow Group’s Finnish offices. She's responsible for the research of Executive Search service in the company and works in close co-operation with the consultants in both domestic and international C-level and Middle Management Executive Search assignments.
Riina is a member of Taplow Group’s global research development group.
